Changing your appointment

You can reschedule or cancel future appointments in My appointments. A cancellation releases the reserved time. For appointments that have already started or for help with a change, call 623-376-6240.

Payments and refunds

This website does not collect payments, deposits or cancellation fees, so it cannot issue an online refund. If you have paid Maya directly and have a payment or refund question, contact her to discuss that transaction. No blanket refund guarantee or non-refundable payment rule is stated here.
