Information you share
When you create an account, we store your name, email address, a secure password hash, and a hash of your account recovery key. When you book, we also store your phone number, appointment date and time, price, appointment status, and the version of the booking terms/privacy notice you accepted. Please do not enter medical information or sensitive skin history into this website.
How it is used
Your information is used to provide your account, reserve and manage appointments, help Maya contact you about your visit, and protect the website against misuse. Maya can see appointment information and the contact details you provide. She cannot see your password or recovery key.
Hosting and account security
The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting with Cloudflare infrastructure to process and store account and booking information. Serenya accounts use an email address and password directly on this website. Sign-in creates an essential session cookie; no advertising cookies are added. Optional analytics cookies are used only if analytics is configured and you consent. Security rate limits use hashed identifiers derived from your email address and network address. The studio owner also uses an authenticator app for two-step verification; its secret is encrypted separately from the database.
The website serves its typefaces locally. Optional Google Analytics, when configured and allowed, receives public page views and limited campaign parameters. It is disabled on account, studio and appointment pages and does not receive your booking details. Manage this in Cookie settings. The skincare still-life image is illustrative brand imagery, not a photograph of a specific Serenya product.
Confirmation and recovery
Appointment confirmations are saved in your account. This website does not currently send automated emails or text messages. Your private recovery key is required to reset a forgotten password. Save it securely when it is displayed; it changes after use. Email addresses are provided by customers and are not verified by email.
Access, corrections and deletion
You can view and manage future appointments in your account. To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your account information, contact Maya at warrier_maya@yahoo.com or 623-376-6240. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account. Account and appointment information remains stored until it is removed; no automated deletion schedule is currently applied.
